Go vernment in Cooperation Department asked the Registrar of Coop societies to seek permission in the proper manner before the Malaysia visit whereas the MD , President and Directors did not bother to seek permission.  Since vigilance cases are pending against Tushar Panda , MD OSCB in connection with irregular financing to Bijayananda Coop Sugar Mills etc it is mandatory for him to  furnish clearance of vigilance and police authorities before making foreign tours. OFFICE OF DIRECTOR, VIGILANCE ODISHA, CUTTACK. ___ OBSERVANCE OF STATE LEVEL FUNCTION ON THE OCCASION OF VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK, 2017 ON 03.11.2017.
