Plot No. 274 Raghunath Nagar, Dumuduma, PS-Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar 3. Sagar
Pattnaik @ Rintu (22), Slo-Surat Chandra Pattnaik of Balugoan Bazar, PS-Balugoan,
Dist-Khurda, A/P- Inside DAV Public School Campus PS-Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar 4.
Swarup Das @ Linkun (27), Slo-Bhaskar Das Plot No. 1327 Siripur (Near OUAT), PS-
Khandagi ri, Bhubaneswar.
Brief History: On 10.09.17 at about 12.00 PM some unknown persons wanted to enter
into Swosti Premium Ltd. forcibly being armed with deadly weapons like sword, knife,
iron rod and arms. They were prevented by the Security staff available in the gate. But
the accused persons forcibly broke open the main gate of the hotel and entered inside
the premises and assaulted/attacked two staff of the hotel namely Chiku and Pradeep
Sahu and also damaged the cars of the guests of the hotel. Accused were identified as
Chandan, Kalia, Karmat Khan (Bcbul). Yakib Khan, Sk. Mahafeez, Heera, Raju, Susanta,
Pratika, Sagar Pattnaik, Gudu, Chiranjeev, Jubraj, Rasid, Swarup and others under the
leadership of veteran antisocial Yashir Nawaz. Hence this case.
During course of investigation earlier five accused persons have been arrested
and forwarded to the Hon'ble court. Today i.e. 20.09.2017 Chandrasekharpur PS Staff
with assistance of Spl. Squard, Bhubaneswar arrested the aforementioned four
principal accused persons and forwarded them to the Hon'ble court.
