SHRI DEBRAJ PANDA IS NEW HEAD OF OPERATIONS, EAST COAST RAILWAY

Bhubaneswar, 17.10.2017:Shri Debaraj Panda, an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) has joined as the new Principal Chief Operations Manager of East Coast Railway.Prior to this new posting, Shri Panda was serving as the Chief Vigilance Officer​ & Senior Deputy General Manager​  of East Coast Railway. Shri Panda, a Post Graduate in Economics from JNU, joined Indian Railways in 1987. Shri Panda has had the distinction of serving as Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) at Sambalpur, Bilaspur and Khurda Road and also Chief Safety Officer of East Coast Railway at Bhubaneswar. He has worked in senior positions at Adra, Waltair and Kolkata too, besides a successful tenure as Head of Indian Railways Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) at Bhubaneswar.
