Governor Congratulates Chief Minister on winning Outlook Speakout Award.


Bhubaneswar, Dt. 21.8.2017 - Governor Dr. S.C. Jamir has congratulated Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on getting prestigious ‘Outlook Speakout Award-2017’ for the Best Administrator in the country. Terming the award as a great recognition to the visionary leadership and administrative acumen of the Chief Minister, Governor hoped that the award would further boost his enthusiasm and spirit to serve the people and realize his dream of making Odisha the Number 1 State in the country.
